For their current release Chase & Status teamed up with Burro Banton for “Delete” and packed “Big Man Skank VIP” featuring the voice of Mr. Vegas as a b-side. This has been released on Virgin EMI last week.
Frog’s first, I do not dig the “Big Man Skank” that much… the track is a bit uninspired and Vegas’ vocals are not enough to keep this rolling. A tool, but nothing more in my ears.
BUT: You can not go wrong with Burro, obviously! It has the same Jump Up attitude, but I dig the sound design much more than on the b-side. Plus, I am a Burro fan, can’t deny that!
So, worth checking if you are looking for tools, no anthems here, but a very solid and a solid tune on one release.
